The people who live above Jill and I have a deck because they are on the 2nd floor. We don't because we live pretty much in the basement. Not a big deal. But, our neighbors have decided to hang a tent out to dry on their deck, and the tent is draped all the way over the deck, obscuring any kind of view that Jill and I might have of the ground and street and bushes. Not really a big deal, but kind of annoying. I'm sure the people above them don't do that.
Anyway, the reason I mention this is because while they are trying to dry their tent out, we have been getting nothing but rain for the last week. It's cloudy right now, but thunderstorms and rain are predicted for the afternoon/evening. Good luck, guys.
Also, during some lightning last night, I had to reassure Aaron that I also saw the lightning flash, because if he's the only one who sees it, it means his retinas are detaching from his eyes. Scary.
